The Finance for Jobs (F4J), a Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation Project funded by the World Bank and implemented by DAI is pleased to invite applications for its Emergency Response Program (ERP) through the Investment Co-Financing Facility (ICF) grant fund, offering marginal financing to SMEs[1]. The ERP will address critical emerging challenges that hinder the resilience, growth, and scalability of SMEs in the West Bank as they navigate the ongoing crisis to sustain productivity and growth. The ERP will work with eligible and qualified SMEs across the West Bank operating in the most impacted sectors adversely affected by the economic downturn. The targeted sectors include agriculture, agribusinesses, and food processing, light manufacturing including recycling, furniture and wood industries, textile, garments, and clothing industries with special attention to SMEs involved in producing inputs for other related industries as well as those focused on the production of import substitution products.
