You Are Invited To Submit A Quotation For The Following: Project: Galiano, Affordable Housing Project – Phase 2 Tender - Construction 280 Georgeson Bay Road Galiano Island, Bc V0n 1P0 The Project Consists Of The Construction Of 20 New Residential Units. This Will Include Four Separate Buildings Of Stacked & Row Townhomes, Plus An Additional Building To House Water Treatment Equipment & Shared Laundry. All Buildings To Be Slab On Grade & Stick Framed. Phase 2 Will Include Construction Of The Buildings Including All Finishes And Certain Site Works Such As Landscaping & Asphalt Paving Site Development, Specifically Civil & Septic Works Were Included In The Phase 1 Tender And Are Not Included In This Tender Project Located On Galiano Island.
