The Subject Of The Contract Is To Organize And Conduct A Category T Driving Course For Students Of The School Complex Of The Agricultural Training Center In Gorzów Wielkopolski. Number Of People Directed To Take The Course: 23.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To:- Organize And Conduct The Above Course In The Amount Of 50 Hours (Including 30 Hours Of Theoretical Classes, 20 Hours Of Practical Classes, Medical Examinations), With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge And Applicable Regulations;- Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Conducting The Above-Mentioned Course By The Person Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form, Hereinafter Referred To As The Instructor;- Informing The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Contract Of Personnel Changes In The Scope Of The Instructor;- Provide Each Participant Of The Course With A Non-Returnable Copy Of The Handbook For Candidates For The Category T Driving License With A Dvd/Cd Containing The Currently Applicable Sets Of Test Questions Used During The State Exam Taking The State Examination;- Insure The Participants Of The Training During Its Duration From The Consequences Of The Unfortunate Accidents Arising In Connection With The Training And On The Way To And From The Training Site. 2. Place Of Course Implementation: The Employer Provides Free Classrooms For Theoretical Classes. Classes At The Maneuvering Square Will Provide The Contractor On His Own. The Commander Requires That Practical Classes - Driving Lessons In Municipal Traffic Take Place In The Town Being The Seat Of The Examination Center, In Which The Course Participants May Take A State Exam.
