The Object Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Factory New Agricultural Tractor With Factory-New Equipment: 1) Rear-Borne Flask Mower For Pantographs, 2) Sandblaster, 3) Snow Plow. Agricultural Draft And Factory-New, Complete, Fabric, Executive And Fabric Accessories. Legal, Ready For Use, Meeting The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations With The Act On Road Traffic (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), Having Current Approval Allowing To Allow Traffic On Public Roads. The Facts Must Be Given. The Approval Certificate Should Be Delivered At The Latest On The Day Of Delivery Of The Tractor. The Commissioning To The Employer At The Price Of The Purchase To The Headquarters Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Kryśliwiec 12, 88-100 Kruświec. During The Draft Delivery Date, The Tractor Manuals And Maintenance Instructions, Devices And Equipment Mounted In Polish, Tractor Warranty Books And Equipment In Polish, European/Polish Approval Certificate With Measurements Allowing For Use (Review) And A Set Of Documents Necessary To Register The Tractor Should Be Provided. The Training Of Employees In The Field Of Construction And Service Of The Tractor And Additional Equipment Will Take Place On The Day Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party Together With The Subject Of The Contract, Documents Specifying The Rules For Providing The Warranty And Post -Warranty Service And A List Of Service Points In The Country Authorized To Repair. The Contractor Provides An 18-Month Full Warranty On The Tractor And Additional Equipment. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Service For The Employer At Its Own Expense, Access To Machines And Necessary Consumables. The Detailed Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Included In Annex 5 To Swz. The Subject Of This Procedure Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of The Public Procurement Law. If In Swz And Any Other Tender Documentation, The Contracting Authority Has Indicated Parameters, Trademarks, Source, Origin Indicating A Specific Manufacturer, Such Indications Are Only A Technical And Quality Or Functional Pattern, And It Does The Only One Possible To Offer The Ordering Party. The Contractor Can Offer Equivalent Products. An Equivalent Product Is One That Will Have At Least Typical, Basic And Characterizing A Given Product Of Parameters, Functional And Qualitative Features No Worse Than The Indicated Exemplary Product.
