The Acquisition Focuses On The Renovation Of Töölö Elementary School As A Project Management Contract And A Separate New Building As A Fixed Price Contract And The Demolition Of Yard Buildings As A Fixed Price Contract. The Contractor Acts As A Main Contractor Within The Meaning Of Yse 1998 And Legislation. The Current School Building Undergoing Renovation Is 4540.5 To The Gross Square Meters. The New Building Has A Size Of 399.5 Gross Square Meters. In Addition To The Above, The Renovation Project In The Current School Building Includes The Entrance Extension And The New Yard Storage Space For The Gas Cylinders. The Scope Of The Contracts To Be Contracted Is More Detailed In The Contract Documents. The Contract Also Includes Yard And Street Work To The Extent Defined In The Contract Documents. The Property Is Located In The Taka -Töölö District In Helsinki At Töölönkatu 41 - 45, 00250 Helsinki. The Site Has A Valid Town Plan (No. 8044). The Refurbishment Section Covers The Renovation And Yard Of The Old Main Building, For Which A Building Permit Will Be Applied For Within The Current Town Plan. The Building Permit For The Renovation Section Will Be Discussed By The City Environmental Boards Environmental And Permit Section On 10 April 2025. The Site Is Undergoing A Zoning Change (No. 12913), Which Will Be Discussed In May 2025. With The Strengthening Of The Town Plan, The Extension That Covers The Implementation Of The New Yard And The Demolition Of Two Yard Buildings, Will Apply For A Construction Permit In The Summer Of 2025. Regulations. The Construction Of The Site Is Expected To Start In Late Summer 2025. Construction Time For Renovation Is 22 Months And 17 Months For Demolition And New Construction.
