This Document Is A Request For Information To Mapping The Market. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Defense Forces To Carry Out The Actual Procurement, But The Decision To Launch A Possible Procurement Process Will Be Made After The Market Survey. The Footwear Line At The Säkylä Production Plant Of The Defense Forces Will Be Renewed. Construction Target Schedule For 2026. The Footwear Line Must Be Designed And Built In A Specific Space, Whereby The Space Sets Its Own Requirements For The Washing Machine Line. For Preliminary Requirements, See The Criteria For Purchasing The Site. The Preliminary Requirements For This Announcement Are Not Final, But To Describe And Indicate The Procurement. Planning And Construction Of The Footwear Line Is Requested To Answer The Questions In Annex 1 And 2. The Answer Must Contain Contact Information, To Which The Invitation And Registration Instructions Will Be Sent.
