The Purpose Of The Tender Is Well To Evaluate And Select An External Entity Qualified To Grant The Residential Support-Protected Residents And Homes-Granting A Clinical-Social Support For 44 People Who Have Mental Health Diseases And Psychic, And Insufficient Or No Support Network, Functioning As A Promoter For Social Inclusion. Therefore, The Contracting Of The Following Services Will Be Managed: 1. Protected Homes For The City Of Punta Arenas. 2. Protected Residences For The City Of Punta Arenas. The Objectives Of Protected Households Have Been To Integrate Housing Needs With The Support And Security Needs Required By People With Psychic Disabilities, Also Contributing To The Training Process Of Skills That Relate To Their Performance At Home, Favoring Their Autonomy. On The Other Hand, Protected Residences Are Residential Instances For People With A Severe Disorder, Who Being Clinically Compensated Show A High Degree Of Psychic Disability And Dependence, Therefore Requiring A Therapeutic Environment With A High Level Of Protection. The Offeror Must Provide A Place Of Residence, Food And Human Resource Appropriate To Current Technical Regulations, To Cover 16 Places In Protected Homes And 28 Places Of Protected Residence, Both Located In The Commune Of Punta Arenas, To Comply With The Tendered Service Of 44 Places, For The Period Of This Tender.
