The National Information System In Sport (Hereinafter: Nisus) Was Prescribed By The Sports Act, Articles 64, 65 And 66 (Official Gazette: 141/22). The Project Holder Is The Directorate Of Sports Of The Ministry Of Tourism And Sports. They Are Not Designed As An Application System For Supporting Business Processes In The Specific Scope Of The Work And Activities Of The Directorate For Sports Of The Ministry Of Tourism And Sports. They Should Not Be Fully Integrated With Other Information Systems Of The Ministry Of Tourism And Sports Directorates That Support Other, Standard Business Processes: Office Business, Finance, Document Management, Etc. Pursuant To The Framework Agreement, The Conclusion Of The Contract On The Basis Of A Valid Offer During The Said Period. Each Specific Procurement During The Said Period Will Be Determined By Calling With The Quantity And All Conditions, As Well As By Offer And Contract. The Maintenance Contract Is Concluded For 12 Months, In An Equal Monthly Amount Expressed In Accordance With The Cost Of The Selected Bidder. According To The Contract, The Contracting Parties Shall Conclude A New Contract For 12 Months, In An Equal Monthly Amount Expressed In Accordance With The Cost Of The Selected Bidder.
