Part 1: Development Of The Tourist Area In Piotrowice In The Scope Of Part 1: Development Of The Tourist Area In Piotrowice. Caring For The Natural Environment, Including That Waste, Emissions And Pollution From The Construction Site, In Particular Sewage, Dust, Fumes And Noise Were As Low As Possible And Did Not Exceed The Permissible Laws And Did Not Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment; 9) Ordering The Area After The End Of The Works; 10) Repair With Their Administrators; 11) The Contractors Obligations Include Full Geodetic Service Together With The As -Built Inventory Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Demand A Current Inventory At Every Stage Of The Works. Approved Inventories Should Be Submitted In Two Copies In The Paper Version And In One Copy In An Electronic Version Saved In The Editable Form. 12) Incurring All Costs Related To The Contractor Fulfilling The Obligations Arising From This Contract; 13) Developing And Transferring To The Contracting Authority The Receipt Of The Receipt, Submitting To The Contracting Authority Readiness For Receipt14) The Contractor Will Provide.
