The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Assembly And Connection Of 3 Photovoltaic Installations With Inverters, Located In The Following Towns: Bleszkowice, Journal Of Laws No. 1353/6 Bleszkowice, Plot No. 1584/1 Bleszkowice And Namyślin, Journal Of Laws No. 239 Namyślin, Each Installation Up To 39.99 Kwp With Connection To The Network And Notification To The Dso. The Commune Has Existing Connections In The Abovementioned Locations That Allow You To Connect Built Solar Installations. The Planned Undertaking Will Be Used To Produce Electricity From Renewable Sources (3 Photovoltaic Prosumer Installations With A Capacity Of Up To 39.99 Kwp Each, Included In The Network Of The Energy Operator), For The Needs Of The Recipients Own. The Effect Of The Task Will Be To Reduce The Costs Associated With The Fees For The Purchase Of Electricity And Obtaining An Ecological Effect In The Form Of Reducing Emissions To The Atmosphere Of Carbon Dioxide And Other Harmful Substances As Well As The Possibility Of Registering The Bleszkowice Energy Cooperative. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) The Implementation Of The Required Project Of The Solar Installation And Technical Documentation For The Installation And Its Agreement With The Appraiser For Fire Protection, In Terms Of Compliance With The Requirements In This Respect; B) Delivery And Assembly Of 3 Photovoltaic Installations With A Power From 39.69 Kwp To 39.99 Kwp Each, Together With Inverters (In Total 3 Pcs. Point 1, Producing Electricity For The Needs Of The Recipient; C) Performing The Required Measurements And Effective Carrying Out Formalities Related To Reporting The Installation To The Energy Operator Network, On Behalf Of The Employer (Osd); D) Performing Additional Work And Installation Elements That Have Not Been Specified, But Are Important Or Necessary For The Proper Functioning And Stability Of The Operation Of The Offered Installation And For Maintaining The Guaranteed Manufacturers Of The Main Manufacturers And Maintenance Components, I.E. Modules, Inverters And Assembly Structure During The Durability Of The Task, Without Additional Costs On The Part Of The Employer (In Particular If The Solution Manufacturer Makes It Addicted To Maintaining Its Guarantee On Additional Actions On The Part Of The Contractor Or The Ordering Party); E) Joining The Installation To The Existing Ppe Indicated By The Contracting Authority; F) Controls, Attempts, Rehearsals, Starting And Adjusting The Installation, G) Preparation For The Contracting Authority Notification Of The Installation To The Territorially Competent Poviat Fire Brigade Headquarters; H) Installation Equipment With The Energy Monitoring And Management System (The Employer Requires Implements The Monitoring And Energy Management System For The Needs Of The Energy Cooperative, In Accordance With The Reporting Requirements).
