The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Installation Of Devices: A. Single Swing Swings With A Bucket Seat - 1 Pc.B. Single Swing Swings With Board Seat - 1 Pc Single Swing Swings With A Stork Nest - 1 Pc. Slide For Younger Children - 1 Pcs.E. Integration Set - 1 Pc. Carousel Adapted To People With Disabilities - 1 Pc. Linarium - 1 Pc.H. Congress On The Line - 1 Pc. I. Safe Surface - Sand 0.2-2 Mm - 402 M2j. Polyurethane Surface - 197M2k. Pavement Made Of Non -Phase Cube - 104 M2l. Benches - 6 Pcs. Garbage Bins - 2 Pcs. Bicycle Racks - 5 Pcs. Boards With Regulations - 2 Pcs. 2) Terrain Fence - Panel Fence On The Foundation3) Green - Lawns, Planting Trees And Shrubs, Care Of Existing Trees4) Geodetic Service Together With As -Built Inventory. 3. The Contracting Authority Will Allow Equivalent Play Devices With The Same Or Better Parameters, Fulfilling The Same Functions, Built Of The Same Components. It Is Allowed To Use Devices Of Any Manufacturers, Provided That The Requirements Set Out In This Documentation And Failure To Exceed The Difference In Devices Dimensions Of ± 15%, With The Proviso That The Proposed Devices Must Be Within The Indicated Safety Zones, And Devices Safety Zone Must Not Overlap. 4. A Detailed Scope Of Works, According To Which The Work Should Be Carried Out, Includes Design Documentation, Stwior, And The Works Of Works, Constituting Attachments To This Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop As -Built Documentation In 1 Copy In The Paper Version And In The Electronic Version On The Cd And Transfer It To The Employer. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Entire Period For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until The Final Acceptance. The Employer Will Accept The Civil Liability Insurance Document Owned By The Contractor In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For The Guarantee Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For The Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining The Continuity Of Insurance Protection Until The Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A Valid Civil Liability Insurance Document In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuing This Document. 8.
