The Order Includes Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Maintenance Of Computer Equipment, Monitors, Tvs And Delivery Of Accessories. The Order Is Divided Into 3 (Three) Lots As Follows: Lot 1 “Computer Technology” Lot 2 Monitors And Tvs Lot # 3 Accessories The Required Requirement For The Equipment, Equipment And Accessories (Called For Short Goods), Subject To The Public Procurement, Is To Fully Comply With All Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification (Annex 1) Of The Procurement Document. The Quantity And Type Of Delivery Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. If A Need For A Need, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Order Some Of The Items Or To Reduce Their Quantities. In The Award Of This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Provided For The Use Of Options Within The Meaning Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority May Use The Legally Intended Right To Declare The Contractor The Delivery Of Additional Quantities Of The Goods, Within The Term Of The Contract, If Necessary. The Detailed Description By Type, Quantity And Technical Characteristics Of The Estimated Quantities Of The Units And The Additional Quantities Is Included In The Technical Specification (Annex No 1). Delivery Of The Additional Quantities Will Take Place After The Conclusion Of An Annex Indicating: A Unit-Strict Recipient, Type And Number Of Items, The Place Of Delivery And The Contact Person. For All Other Conditions For The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To This Public Procurement, The Clauses Of The Contract For Its Implementation Apply.
