The Scope Of The Public Procurement Provides For Periodic Deliveries Of Disinfectants And Consumables For Sterilization. Deliveries Will Be Made, On Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, And The Quantities And Types Of Articles To Be Claimed Depends On The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Specified Quantities In The Individual Lots And Nomenclatures Are Estimated On The Basis Of An Updated Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority And Should Not Be Interpreted As The Obligation Of The Contracting Authority Either For A Minimum Nor For The Maximum Total Quantity. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Buy The Medical Devices In Full, And Their Appearance Depends On His Needs And Financial Security.
