A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Found In Annex 3 To Swz - Opz And In Annex - Draft Contract, Respectively. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Is In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. 5. If The Employer Specifies In Opz That The Element Is To Have Specific Features, Then This Element Is To Work Effectively With These Features, And Not Only Have Such A Theoretical Possibility In Configuration Other Than Delivered. The Features Required In The Specification (Opz) Are Minimal Parameters. 7. The Order Is To Be Carried Out With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Complete And After Launching Ready For Work As Intended, Without Additional Investment Purchases On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract At The Stage Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Complete And Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Content Of The Offer Must Be In Line With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Order Documents. 9. All Materials And Technologies Used In The Documentation Indicated In The Documentation Indicated In Annex 3 To Swz Should Be Understood As The Definition Of The Required Technical Parameters, Quality Standards.
