The Contracting Authority, When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Utility Features, At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Parameters Or Better. In Such A Situation, The Employer Requires The Submission Of Relevant Documents That Make These Materials Or Devices Specify. 7. For Specified Devices, The Given Parameters Are Minimal Values, Any Equipment With Better Parameters, Higher Than Specified Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. All Devices Should Meet All Provisions Regarding The Right Of Admission To Use In Poland And Have Relevant Documents Indicating That All Necessary Standards And Guidelines That Should Be Met By The Above Equipment Before Being Allowed To Use. 8. Whenever This Swz (In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) Mentions Materials, Devices, Computer Programs, Etc. With The Administration Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process,
