The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction Works On The Territory Of Saedinenie Municipality In Two Lots As Follows: Lot 1: “Exercise Construction Supervision Of Construction“ Renewal Of Areas For Wide Public Use, Intended For Permanent Satisfaction Of Public Needs In The Town Of Saedinenie, Municipality Of Saedinenie, Located In The Upi I- Greenery From The District 92 A According To The Plan Of The Town Of Saedinenie, The Municipality Of Saedinenie ”; Lot 2: Exercise Construction Supervision Of Construction Renovation Of Areas For Wide Public Use, Intended For Permanent Satisfaction Of Public Needs In The Village Of Tsarimir, Saedinenie Municipality . The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract, The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor For Each Of The Lots Will Be Realized Are In Accordance With The Documentation To The Public Procurement And The Draft Contract For Each Of The Lots, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. Public Procurement Scope: The Following Types Of Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement For The Lot 1 And The Lot 2 Are Included: Exercise Construction Supervision During Construction, In Accordance With Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). The Scope Of The Activities For Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction Is In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Establishment Of The Site Into Operation; Performing The Function Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Healthy And Safe Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spa; Preparation And Registration Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of December 28, 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works. Submission Of The Necessary Documents For The Appointment Of A Reception Committee. The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract For Each Of The Lots Is Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification - Annex 1, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Document.
