This Project Forms The Second Phase Of A Transformative, Multi-Staged Redevelopment Valued At $55.5 Million, Aimed At Significantly Enhancing This Much-Loved Community Facility And Ensuring Its Long-Term Sustainability And Functionality.This Is A Prestigious Opportunity For Contractors To Be Shortlisted And Advance To The Next Stage Of The Procurement Process, Where They Will Be Invited To Submit A Formal Tender For This Landmark Project. Successful Contractors Will Play A Pivotal Role In Delivering A State-Of-The-Art Aquatic Centre, Ensuring Excellence In Design, Construction, And Operational Efficiency.Following The Finalisation Of The Eoi And Selective Tender Assessment Process, You Will Be Appointed As A Principal Contractor.
