Tenders are invited for Maintenance of CoE Railway Sidings on an As-And-when Required Basis from Date of Award until 30 June 2027. Bids are to be completed in accordance with the conditions and bid rules contained in the bid documents and supporting documents must be sealed and externally endorsed with the CONTRACT NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION and placed in bid box number EIGHT (08), on the Ground Floor, Golden Heights, 141 Victoria Street, (Corner Victoria and F H Odendaal Streets) Germiston 1400, Use entrance at 65 FH Odendaal street, not later than 10:00 on 15 MAY 2025. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in public, in the Conference Room, Ground Floor, at above-mentioned address. All bids shall hold good for 120 days as from the closing date of bids. Bids which are not received and/or deposited in the specified bid box before 10:00 on the closing date for the bid mentioned hereinbefore, will be marked as late bids and such bids shall in terms of the SCM Policy of the City of Ekurhuleni, not be considered by the Council as valid bids.
