The Subject Of This Order Is Engineering (Design, Construction And Copyright Supervision) Of The Site: Construction Of An Installation For Composting Of Biodegradable Waste Within The Framework Of The Project Construction Of A Regional System For Separate Collection And Recycling Of Biodegradable Waste On The Territory Of Rsu-Omurtag . The Main Types Of Activities Included In The Subject Of The Contract: Activity № 1. Design The Activity Consists Of The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For The Site: Construction Of An Installation For Composting Of Biodegradable Waste Within The Framework Of The Project Construction Of A Regional System For Separate Collection And Recycling Of Biodegradable Waste On The Territory Of Rsu-Omurtag And Includes: Construction Of Composting Installation With A Minimum Capacity Of 2.852.16 T/Year. Of The Fermentation Product From The Inlet Of The Aerobic Treatment Installation. Construction Of A Basic And Leading (Concomitant) Infrastructure Consisting Of: The Composting Site: Part Construction Structural; Earthly Works; Part Electrotechnical; Water Supply; Household Sewage And Infiltrate System; Water Meter; Concrete Channel 34 M; Security Channel 159 M. Shed For Preparation Of Biodegradable Waste; Bioreactor And Ripening Area; Shed For Finished Products; Service (Administrative And Domestic) Zone; Internal Junction; Landscaping; Fence. Activity No. 2 “Implementation Of Construction Works (Construction Works)” Implementation Of The Intended Construction Works For The Site In Accordance With The Projections Of The Approved Investment Project, Including: Construction Of Composting Installation With A Specified Entry Capacity Of 2.852.16 T/Year. Construction Of A Basic And Leading (Concomitant) Infrastructure. Activity No. 3 “Exercising Copyright Supervision During Construction Implementation” The Authors Supervision Of The Site Is In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Spatial Planning Act In Order To Ensure The Successful Implementation Of The Draft And The Signing Of Acts And Protocols In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On The Preparation Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction (Promulgated Sg 72 Of August 2003, Amend.
