Tender For Reconstruction Of Sundarwali Prathmik Vidyalaya Towards Patiala Farm - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) grade on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumendistributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness by manual means composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade Bitumenbitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coatas per Technical Specification Clause 508. 6 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 7 S.O.B. brick on edge pavement on patries with bricks laid by dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to required slope and its ramming, spreading in layers of 3/8 depth of local sand over the subgrade and including the supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 9 Routine Maintenanceof road after completion work (A) Carriageway/Pavement: (a) Potholes,cracks,other surface defects(SWMM & BC), (b) Repair of Edges, Rutting(BC). (B) Road, Embankment, Cuttings, Shoulders, Trees & Plantation: (a) Roads Maintained free of edge drop, inadequate cross fall, undulations, settlement, Ponding (E/W), (b) Deficient slopes, rain cuts in embankments (E/W), (c) Vegetation growth, Loping of tree branches. (C) Bridges and Culverts: (a) De-silting, (b) Clearing vegetation growth (Jungle Clearance), (c) Damaged/disturbed boulder pitching, breast /toe wall retaining wall, apron flooring , guide bunds (Boulder Apron), (d) Parapet, any damage to foundations, (e) Any defects in sub-structures, (f) Any defects in superstructures, raillings, parapets., (g) wearing coat, (h) Approach slab, (i) Painting & lettering of No. plates, repairs. (D) Repair of Roadside Drains: (a) Brick Work in 1:4, (b) Plaster, (c) CC-1:2:4. (E) Road Furniture: (a) Cleaning, Painting & lettering of stones & sign boards, Replacement of damaged/ missing stones & sign boards., (b) 200 m stones, (c) Km stones, (d) 5th km stones,. Maintenance requirement as per above and Mentioned in Special Conditions of Contract for Maintenance.Payment of Maintenance work asPercentage of final Civil Construction Cost. 10 For Ist Year @ 0.00 % for Bituminous (PC) road 11 For IInd Year @ 1.00 % for Bituminous (PC) road 12 For IIIrd Year @ 1.50 % for Bituminous (PC) road 13 For IVth Year @ 2.00 % for Bituminous (PC) road 14 For Vth Year @ 3.00 % for Bituminous (PC) road
