The Task Includes The Supply Of Equipment Together With The Assembly To The Municipal Nursery In Giedlarowa. Part And - Delivery And Installation Of Furniture As Well As The Purchase And Delivery Of Household Appliances For Development, Toys, Teaching Aid And Sanitary Facilities. Equipment, Quantities And Minimum Requirements, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Rooms Indicated By The Contracting Authority Were Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Above Description Is Included In Annex 6 To Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Entire Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Supplied Devices Be New, Technically Efficient And Must Have User Manuals In Polish (If Concerned). The Order Of The Contract Must Correspond To The Quantitative And Qualitative Parameters Specified By The Contracting Authority And Have A Ce Security Mark (If Concerned). The Devices Must Be Delivered In Original Factory Packaging With A Set Of Standard Documentation For The User, Accessories Necessary For Proper Operation (If Concerned). Each Device (If Concerned) Must Be Marked By The Manufacturer In A Way That Allows Them To Be Clearly Identified, I.E. Have The Name Of The Manufacturer, Model As Well As The Series And Serial Number. As Part Of The Obligations, The Contractor Will Assemble The Subject Of The Contract (After Prior Arrangement Of The Details Of The Assembly With The Contracting Authoritys Representative) And Will Launch Individual Devices And Train A Nursery Workshop Regarding Their Operation. All Colors And Furniture Dimensions Should Be Presented To The Contracting Authority Before Execution. (If Concerned) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Entity Authorized To Neutralize Waste. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With A Set Of Documents To Report The Completion Of The Delivery Along With The Assembly (Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance For The Equipment And Furniture (If Concerned), Instructions And Warranty Cards). Technical Standard. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them By Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Their Use In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Every Respect. (Including, E.G. Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Transport Method). The Expert Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That The Materials And Devices He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
