Lot 5: Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To Electronically Read Textbooks From Edukate Center Ltd. The Place Of Delivery Is At The Address: Burgas, Profiled High School Of Romance Languages ​​Gs Rakovski, Burgas, 19 Stefan Stambolov Blvd. The Required Quantities Will Be Detailed In Specific Requests To Each Publishing House. The Contract For This Public Procurement Has A Period Of Operation Up To 30.09.2025. The Deadline For Implementation Of The Main Request Is Until 05.09.2025. According To Approved By The Minister Of Education And Science With Order No. Rd09-316/13.02.2025 A Schedule Of The Activities For The Provision For Gratuitous Use Of Cognitive Books For Children In The Four Age Groups, Of Textbooks And Of Teaching Kits For Students From Viii To Xii Grade For The Academic-2026. Delivery Requirements: The Order Should Be Executed In Accordance With All The Rules And Regulations In Force At The Moment Regarding The Implementation Of The Awarded Activities. Textbooks, Training Kits Must Correspond To The Lists Of Textbooks Approved And Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Sciences, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids That Will Be Used During The School Year. They Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In Ordinance No. 6/30.11.2015. The Textbooks Delivered, The Training Kits Should Be New, Without Traces Of Use And Properly Completed. Transport Ex-Customer And Loading And Unloading Activities Are Carried Out By The Contractor. Prior To The Signing Of The Contract, Each Publishing House Shall Submit The Necessary Documents Under Art. 112, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act And A Declaration On The Lack Of Circumstances Under Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Public Procurement Act For Signing A Contract Should Be Sent To The E-Mail Of The School: Info-20235@Edu.Mon.Bg Up To 10 Days From The Publication Of The Decision Under Art. 22, Para. 1 Of The Ppa. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To An Option For Additional Quantities In Cases Where The Need To Supply Additional Textbooks And Teaching Kits Arise, In Order To Increase The Number Of Students.
