1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Organize And Conduct A Specialist Training Camp For Students Of The High School In Dęblin. 1. Practical General Military Training Should Be Organized And Operated In The Form Of A Specialized Training Camp For A Maximum Of 54 (Five Or Dozen Four) Students Of General Education High School In Dę-Blin, After They Completed The First Class Of 4-Year High School. 2. The Scope Of The Training Must Result From The Core Curriculum Of The Subject Education For Safety, Which Has Been Expanded To Include New Content Regarding: • State Defense, • Acquiring Shooting Skills, • Preparing Students To Deal With Threats Caused By War Activities, • Basics Of Rescue. 3. The Training Ends With The Issuing Of A General Training Certificate, With The Result (Positive Or Negative) And With The Subject And Number Of Realized Hours. These Documents Will Be Delivered To Oll In Dęblin Within 14 Days Of The End Of The Training. 4. The Training Will Be Conducted In Accordance With The Framework Training Program Developed By The General Capital High School In Dęblin, Which Constitutes Annex 3 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Annex 1B To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Provide Qualified Instructor Staff, Which Has The Knowledge And Skills Necessary To Conduct Classes Resulting From The Training Program. General Lover Training Instructors Should Have Valid Instructor Rights And Experience In Instructor Work. 6. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Students Participating In The Training As A Result Of Random Circumstances, Which, Despite Being Due Diligence, Were Impossible To See (E.G. An Independent Room (One -Man) Must Be Provided For The Guardian. 12. During The Practical General Military Training, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide 24 -Hour Educational And Medical Care Over Young People. 13. The Contractor Will Guarantee Student Accident Insurance For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 50,000.00 (In Words: Fifty Thousand Zlotys).
