Expression of Interest for Provision and Supply of Improved Oil Palm Seedlings and Soya Beans Seeds for Farmers in Ogun State SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Interested bidders are to submit two (2) bound copies of expression of interest (EOI) documents. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the executive director, cocoa research institute of Nigeria KM14, Ibadan/ijebu-ode road, P.M.B 5244 idi-ayunre Ibadan, oyo state and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name, the address and the contact number of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box in the procurement office not later than 12:00 noon on Friday 31st March 2025. Bidders should please note that only pre-qualified bidders shall be considered for financial bids 5. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Pre-qualified bidders will be contacted to collect the standard bidding document (SBD)from the office of the procurement officer, CRIN headquarters, Ibadan on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per lot, paid into CRIN remita account given by the institute, in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. Bid collection for shortlisted bidders starts on 7th April 2025. 6. OPENING OF FINANCIAL BIDS The financial bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission (12:00pm 30 April 2025) in the conference room, cocoa research institute of Nigeria, KM 14, Ibadan/ijebu-ode road idi-ayunre, Ibadan, oyo state. Please, ensure that you sign the submission register in the office of procurement officer, Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria, as the institute will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
