Lead-Acid Accumulators-Cordless Batteries. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement, The Subject Of Which Is To Determine The Conditions For Awarding Orders For The Purchase And Delivery Of Battery Batteries As A Source Of Electricity For Motor Vehicles Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Provision Of The Recovery Of The Battery Batteries Used In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation Relating To And Manage Them According To The Terms Of The Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Delivery Of The Draft Codification Data To The Goods Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Stanag 4177 And According To Act No. 11/2004 Coll. On Defense Standardization, Codification And State Verification Of Product And Services Quality For Defense, As Amended, And Decree Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Slovak Republic No. 476/2011 Coll. Laying Down Details On The Methodology Of Processing The Draft Codification Data, Program Equipment For Processing Of Codification Data Proposals, On The Draft Codification Data And The Obligations Of The Supplier Of The Product, As Amended.
