For Its Part, The Contingency Datacenter Storage System Is Designed For Recovery In Case Of Failures In The Main Datacenter. However, This System Also Does Not Have A Technical Guarantee, Which Could Generate Unacceptable Consequences Before An Eventual Failure. The Required Support Is At Least Of Prosupport, 24X7, 4Hr. Optionally, You Can Add The Prosupport Plus Support Support.
