Tender For Rejuvenation Of Water Bodies And Green Space Work Near Dholi Satti With 5 Years O And M Fatehpur Shekhawati. - 1 RUIDP Tecknology - Design, supply, erection, installation, jointing, testing, trial run, and commissioning of prefabricated micro Sewage Treatment Plants based on RUIDP Technology for Inlet parameter (Ph-6.5-7.5; BOD5 @ 20 degree C-300 mg/l; COD-650 mg/l; TSS- 600 mg/l; TKN-55 mg/l) and outlet parameter (Ph-6.5- 9.0; BOD5 @ 20 degree C < 10 mg/l; COD-<= 50 mg/l; TSS- <=20 mg/l; N-Total-<=10 mg/l & Faecal Colliform-<100 MPN/100 ml)complete in all respects. STP will have following components:-A) Pretreatment Unit:- Design, Supply, Fabrication of Coarse Screen with Grit Separator Unit. The fine screen (2 Nos.; 1 W+1S) installed in sequence shall be made in SS316L using flat bars of 3 mm thick, 50 mm wide and spacing of 5 mm, tear shape and dimensions of the bar screen as per design approved by engineer. The grit and oil filter separation unit shall be also provided in SS 316 L with interconnecting pipeline made in 90 mm HDPE PE-100 PN-6 as per IS 14333 (amended up to date), necessary fittings while maintaining the hydraulic levels with capacity of removing grease, oil and grit particles having specific gravity 2.85 with removal efficiency of 80%.
