Tender For Repair Work Of Link Road From Jadipur Pitch Road To Islamganj. Length 1.20 Km - Earth in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slopes and also including 1.5 M. lift and 30 m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Sl. (SINo. 765) 9 Supply & laying of 350 mm dia N.P.-3 R.C.C.Hume pipes with required collors including loading, unloading,cartage upto site.Including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.as per direction of E/I.Jointing of pipes shall be with 1:2 cement and course sand mortor. 10 Providing and fixing of Mild steel sign board as per drawing design including writing of details as specified by Engineer in charge. including supply of all materials, labour T&P, cartage upto site complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work and as per direction of E/I. 11 Maintenance of Second Year (@ 2.00% ) 12 Maintenance of Third Year (@ 3.00% ) 13 Maintenance of Fourth Year (@ 4.00% ) 14 Maintenance of Fifth Year (@ 6.00% ) 15 Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundation and pipe, cable etc. in ordinary soil(Loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 M lead upto50 M and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by engineerin charge with in a lead of 50 Meter . I/C Royality (SI251) 16 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 fine sand :12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, curing , cost of formwork complete in all respect in foundation and under floor (Si No 273) 17 M-150 class brick work in 1:4 Cement and course sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of Engineer in charge (SI No 6.1.1) 18 Providind ,Laying of 125 micron polytheen over base of WBM surface etc including supply of all material 19 Providing& fixing of A.C. 6MM CORRUGATED 20 Laying C.C. Road slab 10 cm thick consisting of 1:1.5:3 cement, course sand and approved 2 cm gauge stone ballast over prepared sub grade after its rectifications and bringing its to proper camber and including supply of all material ….complete in all respect (SI No DAR 4.1.2) 21 12 mm thick Plaster in 1:4 cement & coarse sand in cluding supply of all material etcrequired for proper completion of the work. as per direction of Engineer in charge 22 Maintenance of Second Year (@ 0.25% ) 23 Maintenance of Third Year (@ 0.50% ) 24 Maintenance of Fourth Year (@ 0.75% ) 25 Maintenance of Fifth Year (@ 1.00% )
