Binder per 10 Sqm) VG-30 bitumen. 19 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound inclusive type I reflectrosing glass beads as per table 800-9, 800-10 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II in addition @ 250 gms per Sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MORTH specification clause 803.4. 20 Supply, placing and compacting readymade cold bituminous pot hole patching mix in accordance with IRC : 116-2014 Specifications in 50 Kg Plastic - lined sturdy bags with 10 Km. average lead for supply and 20 Km average lead for placement. Mix Shall contain at least 5.6 % MC-800 Cut-back bitumen and suitable anti-stripping agent. Mix shall be workable and usable for at least 6 months. All 50 Kg. bags shall be transported to a storage facility designated by the Engineer. Since the mix contains volatile kerosene, sealed bags shall not be stored in a closed building or warehouse. No open flame or smoking shall be permitted near the stored mix. 21 Providing and Fixing 100mm thickReinforced Ferro-Cement Drain cover with 2mm thick MS sheetframe M20 Cement Concrete and 12mm steel reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c bothway with M.S. lifting hooks.1201 to 1500mm 22 Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open-graded premix surfacing, 20 mm with removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per Clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 511 usingbitumen mixed in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH capacity and carriage with all lead, compacting with 8-10 tonne smooth wheel roller, trunming & finishing the surface to form a smooth continous surface, all as per MORTH specification Clause 3004.2- do- VG-30 -do- 23 Raising precast circular manhole cover and frame by taking out existing precast frame and cover, providing and fixing precast SFRC circular spacer of height 100/125/150mm, re-fixing existing manhole cover frame and cover with cement sand mortar (1:3), including making good the damage, complete as directed by Engineer. 24 Supplying & fixing 560mm dia opening SFRC manhole frame & cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including grouting the frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer.
