specified and directed. 3 Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in bed concrete for foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and Labour for brick work with sub class ‘ B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Description as per above item No 04 as above but except brick, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and Labour RCC design Mix M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast RCC, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and Labour for precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab ,manhole cover etc set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and Labourfor 15mm thick plastering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified. 16 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc, complete all as specified. 17 Materail and Labour for rendering 20mm thick in two layers in cement mortar 1:3 both layer 10mm directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21 Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified & directed. 22 Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed 23 Material and labour for Cutting in to existing manholes forconnecting drain pipes making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benches for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section)in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal bore pipe complete all as specified. 24 Material and labour for Concrete bed to 150mm drain pipes including packing under , and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 40mm graded aggregateand tested complete all as specified and directed. 25 Material and Labour for Salt - glazed stone ware drain pipes grade A dia of pipe 150mm laid in trenches and jointed as specified. 26 Removing of excavated soil to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500m and deposited where directed n exc 1.5 m above the starting point 27 Returning, filling incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick each layer. 28 Supply and fixing in replacement of Fine bar screen of size 1.0mx0.75m made out from stainless stell (SS 304 grade) with outer frame made out of SS andle of size 50x50x6mm and SS flat of size 25x6mm having spacing of 10mm centre to centre shall be welded in the fame forproper support including taking down existing unserviceable fine bar screen of any description complete allas specified and directed.Note: Screen should be fixed in such a way that same can be removed for cleaning. labour for Dewateringandpumpingoutofexistingaccumulatedsludge from Raw Sewage Sump at STP by using external sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tanks by scrapping with wire brush or any other means on walls and bottom of tank and removing of sludge /silt/sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/tankswith buckets and depositing where directed, followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh waterand finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white colour on black background on external walls complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Before commencement of work, necessary arrangement for bypassing the raw sewage to disposal and work to be carried out in fast pace by deploying more man power at STP in order to complete (ii)Contractor is to arrange own diesel pump, T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and consumable like small screws, washers, cleaning agents consumables etc is deemed to be included in the cost, the unit rate quoted deemed to be include all safety precautions to be taken while working in STP.(iii) The accumulated/deposited sludge after drying shall be disposed offoutsidethedefence landtoadistance exceeding1.5 KM and notexceeding 5.00KM fromthe STPcost of which shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 98 Material and labour forDewateringandpumpingoutofexistingaccumulatedsewagefromSBR Tank at STP by manually or using external sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewagedisposaldrainandcleaningof tanksby scrapping with wire brush or any other means on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge / silt / sand / fungus etc deposited inside the sumps / tanks with buckets and depositing where directed, followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white colour on black background on external walls complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(i)
