Tender For W/S Of Rewatipur Gahamar Road Vaya Maa Kamakhya Tu Karhiya Tb Road (Vr) - Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 2 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 3 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from ROW with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. without lead.(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 4 Scrapping of old painted surface including of all cost labour, T&P and disposal of scrapped material.(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 5 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactingwith vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 6 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (WMM)(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 7 Providing and laying prime coat withbitumin emulsion (SS-1) on preparedsurface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/ Sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502(1).(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 8 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMPusing crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 9 Providing and laying tack coat with bitumenVG-10using Bitumen distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg / Sqm. on the bitumen surfacecleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause no. 503 (I) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 10 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 11 Earth work in partri on both side of road including cost of T&P etc. complete. 12 Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with 13 Plain Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:3:6 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. as(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 14 M-150 brick in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools & plants, etc required for proper completion of the work. as per MORTH Specification.(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 15 Providing and laying600 mm dia NP-3 H.P. jointing with coller in proper position including cost of cemment, jute etc required for proper completion of work. But excluding cost of coller. (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 16 Providing and laying 450 mm dia NP-3 H.P. jointing with coller in proper position including cost of cemment, jute etc required for proper completion of work. (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) 17 Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
