Tender For Construction Of Musha Belghat Km-3 To Madrahawa Road - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not not exceding 0.50 mt. in depth and work in embankmet to be n 20 cm. layers includding ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope and also including 1.5 mt. lift and 30 mt. lead as per SL. No.253 detailed specification & direction of E/I. forEmbankment work. 2 Excavationfor roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 50 m as per Technical Specification clause 302.3 3 Providing and Laying 12.50/11.00 cm compacted thickness granular sub-base (G.S.B.) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Speicification Clause 401 including cost of material , roller, cartage ,loading, unloading ,labour and all taxes complete or as per direction of Engineer in charge. 4 Providing and laying 7.50/10.00cm compacted thickness of stone aggregates of specific sizes 45-63 mm of water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading -2 as per technical specification clause 405including cost of material , roller, cartage ,loading, unloading ,labour and all taxes complete or as per direction of Engineer in charge. 5 Providing and laying 7.50 cm compacted thickness of stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm of water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading -3 as per technical specification clause 405 including cost of material , roller, cartage ,loading, unloading ,labour and all taxes complete or as per direction of Engineer in charge. 6 Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsionon prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means. As per technical specification clause 502 (Including of Emulsion) 7 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(Including of Bitumin) 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat ofType Cas per Technical Specification Clause 508.(Including of Bitumin) 9 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510(Including of Bitumin) 10 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8 cm (3"") wide and 12 cm. ( 4.5") deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finish to the required templeate and in proper alignment and also including dressing ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Including of Bitumin) 11 Earth work in patries with ordinary soil (loam,clay and sand) excavationto be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 50 cm in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including the ramming and dressing the surface to required levels, slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30 m lead the earth form cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including mechanically compaction without royalty as per ( S.I. No. 253) in 12 NP3 Hume Pipe Culvert 600 mm Dia- 2 No. Earth work in excavation in foundation as per S.I. No. 251 13 Concrete with 40 mm gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 as per S.I. No. 280 14 Supply of 600 mm dia Hume Pipe NP-3 type 15 Laying of R.C.C. Hume pipe in construction of culvert. 16 Class 150 A brick work in 1:3 cement and fine sand mortarAs per S.I.No. 306 17 Class 150 A brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand in super structure As per S.I.No. 307 18 Struck pointing with 1:2 cement and fine sand. As per SI. NO. 574 19 Earth work in ordinary soil. As per SI.
