tender for NRS Medical College & Hospital-Centenary Building-Repairing of Oxigen manifold ramp including manifold rooms.- 1 Dismantling all type of plain cementconcrete works, stacking serviceable materrials at site and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 m In ground floor including roof. 2 (b) above 150 mm. thick. 3 Dismantling R.C.floor, roof,beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. 4 (a) In ground floor including roof. 5 Dismantling all type of masonry excepting cement concrete plain of reinforced stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.. 6 (a) In ground floor including roof. 7 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish with in a lead of 75 m as directed. . 8 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) 9 In foundation and plinth 10 (A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete . Including the cost of supply of sand .(payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity). 11 Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints withlocal sand. 12 Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (30 mm size) excluding shuttering. In ground floor and foundation. 13 (a) 1:3:6 proportion. 14 Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 35 Grade with well graded stone chips of20 mm nominal size containing designd quantity of cement per Cu.M of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456 trasporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a plat form erected for the purpose at required level of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work compactingand curing the same complete as per specifications & direction of the Engineer-in charge including computerised batching plant, transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charge in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its suppoting staging which would be paid through separate item .[Cement to be supplied by the Manufacturer or supplier] In ground floor and foundation. 15 (i) Without approved concrete pump. 16 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc.initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. 17 (a) For works in foundation, basement and up to roof of ground floor/up to 4m. Tor steel/Mild steel. 18 JSW/JSPL/Shyam/SRMB/ISSL/BMASL/Electrosteel 19 (a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubberemulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with waterin proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturer"sspecification [Cement to be supplied by the Department] 20 Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. 21 (i) with 1:6 cement mortar. 22 (b) 20 mm. thickplaster. 23 (i) with 1:6 cement mortar. 24 (c)15 mm. thick plaster. 25 M.S structural work in colums, beams etc. with simple roled structural members (e.g. joints angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineering -in- charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc weldingconforming to IS: 816 - 1956 & IS :1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to..... 26 (III) For built up sections / structural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 kg./m. 27 (b) Supplying, fitting and fixing steel rolling grill link type shutter with 18 B.G. of approved type stel to the section 75 mm. wide fitted with coil wire spring to necessitate the fitting of required No. of C.I. pulley on heavy type solid drawn seamless steel tube complete with locking arrangement both inside and out side specially built up side guide channels including providing a hood for steel rolling shutter in the room painting two coats of approved aluminium paint over a coat of readlead primer complete.(Measurement will be made on the area of openingby the rolling shutter corrected up to 2 decimals.). 28 White washing includingcleaning and smootheningsurface thoroughly :All floors:. 29 (b) Two coats (to be done on specific instruction.). 30 (a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 31 Applying exteriorgrade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plaster or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (mat finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly complete as per manufacturer"s specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor:. 32 (a) one coat. 33 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sandparpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary. 34 (b) On steel or other metal surface: . 35 (1) With super gloss (hi-gloss). 36 (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white). 37 Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsionpaint of approved quality , as per manufacturespecification as per direction of EIC to be apply over Acrylic primer as required. the rate included cost of material , labour scaffoldic and all incidential charges but excluding the cost of primer.In ground floor ( two coat). 38 (a) Normal Acrylic emulaion. 39 Supplying & Laying of approved brand of impact absorbing,skid & abrasion resistance 25 mm thick Rubber flooring……25 mm thick
