Tender For Kaulpur Road To Patiram Yadav Ke Ghar Hote Hue Kalyanpur Tak Road - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not not exceding 0.50 mt. in depth and work in embankmet to be n 20 cm. layers includding ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope and also including 1.5 mt. lift and 30 mt. lead as per SL. No.253 detailed specification & direction of E/I. forEmbankment work. 2 Excavationfor roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 50 m as per Technical Specification clause 302.3 As per S.O.R. No. 251 (Without royalty) 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing Shankargarhmaterial, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surfaceand compacting in two layers at OMC with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 4 CEMENT TREATED SUBBASE Providing, laying and spreading, Material on a prepared sub grade (GSB) adding cement @ 2% by weight to tbe spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. 5 CEMENT TREATED BASE WBM Grade-III Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the Road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconifined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. 6 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat ofType Cas per Technical Specification Clause 508. 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 9 Earth work in patries with ordinary soil (loam,clay and sand) excavationto be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 50 cm in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including the ramming and dressing the surface to required levels, slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30 m lead the earth form cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including mechanically compaction without royalty as per ( S.I.
