The Subject Of The Contract Is The Establishment Of A Dynamic Purchasing System And Awarding Individual Orders Within The Announced Dns On The Subject Of The Contract Entitled: Cultivation Activity On The Administration Of The National Park Of The Slovak Paradise. Forestry Services For The Purposes Of This Public Procurement Represent A Set Of Works Involving Cleaning Of Areas From Residues To Extraction, Preparation Of Land For Forest Restoration, Forest Restoration Or Sowing, Subsequent Care Of Young Forest Stands By Their Protection Against Weeds, Game And Their Upbringing Overdoing And Removing Selected Trees From The Stands. This Basic Care Is Complemented By Work In Forest Protection, Focused On Prevention And Direct Defense Against Harmful Agents, Work On Removing Invasive Herbs And Trees, Other Cultivated Work. It Is A Professional Activity Focused On Sustainable Management And Nature Close To Forest Management In Such A Way And To Such An Extent That Their Biological Diversity, Resistance, Production And Renewal Ability, Durability And Ability To Fulfill Production, Social And Ecological Functions Of Forests. These Are Differentiated Forests Management, Which Takes Into Account The Diverse Natural, Stand, Economic, Economic And Social Conditions And Requirements, Applied In The Preparation And Implementation Of The Forest Care Program And The National Park Care Program And Procedures Under Special Regulations In Eliminating The Consequences Of Extraordinary Circumstances And Unpredictable Damage To Forests.
