For Staff, This Concerns The Requesting And Obtaining Of Relocation Fees Via A Third -Party Payment System, Arranging Other Transport Modalities Such As Partial Bicycles, Cambio, Parking Tickets, Etc., Where Pre -Financing Is Avoided. For Customers It Is About Applying For And Obtaining Transport Via A Third-Party Payment System For The Relocation Of Residential To Training Or Internship, Where Pre-Financing Is Avoided. The Solution Must Consist Of: 1) For The Staff An Existing Management Portal For The Back Office And An Application Where Vdab Employees Can Manage Their Individual Mobility Applications 2) For Customers, An Existing Management Portal Where Vdab Employees Can Grant Transportation Means/Budgets To These Customers The System Must Be Better Managed, A Clear Report, The Mobility To Be Released Of The Mobility Mobility Choice, From The Kms And Of The Application For Living/Assignment, And To Encourage Users To Make Sustainable Mobility Choices.
