Expression of Interest are invited for Dodoma Paratransit Reform - Business Plan Framework and Industry Transition Guidance The objective of the project is to undertake a high-level feasibility assessment of the reform of the Informal Public Transport (IPT) Sector in Dodoma, Tanzania. The end goal is to ensure that the sector provides a safe, reliable, and affordable public transport service enabling the broader integrated, and sustainable public transport network, and supporting the broader city development goals/ objectives in an environmentally, economically, financially, and socially sustainable manner. The key deliverable of this assignment is to develop a IPT reform business strategy including an implementation and industry transition framework to ensure effective implementation of the project. This work will be an input into a separate appointment by the Government of Tanzania which will be responsible for detailed planning, design, and implementation of the project.
