Horticultural Services - Arranging And Maintaining Greenery, Purchase Of Plants And Maintaining Order In Road Lanes Of Municipal Roads In The Targówek District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. 3 Warsaw, Which Include: 1) Cleaning Of Lawns And Buying Shrubs From Municipal Waste, 2) Removal Of Dimensional Impurities (Furniture, Building Waste) And Green Waste (Including Branches), 3) Lawn Mowing, 4) Grasslands, 5) Digesting, 6) Pouring Lawns, 6) Burning Shrubs And Hedges, 7) Cutting Of Shrubs And Hedge Hedges, 8) Trees Care And Removal Removal, 9) Planting Trees, 10) Removal Of Threatening Trees And Winds, 11) Watering Trees And Shrubs, 12) Setting Lawns. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Daily Actions Indicated In Annex 1A And 1B To The Contract (No. 2A And 2B To Swz), Excluding Management And Administration Staff. All Issues Related To The Method Of Verification Of Employment Referred To Above, As Well As The Entitlement Of The Employer In The Scope Of Controlling The Fulfillment By The Contractor Of The Abovementioned The Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Justification: The Subject Procedure Is Part Of The Order For Services In The Field Of Maintaining Greenery - Individual Parts Of The Contract Are The Subject Of Separate Proceedings And Will Be Granted With Separate Proceedings. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform By The Contractor Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Purchaser Provides For The Award Of The Current Service Contractor, The Order Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Item 7 Of The Act, Consisting In Repetition Of Similar Services. The Contracting Authority Provides That The Unit Prices Of Individual Services Indicated In The Offer Cost Estimate May Be Up To 20% Higher Than The Unit Prices Of The Basic Order. 6. The Value Of The Order Consisting In Repetition Of Similar Services In Relation To The Value Of The Basic Order Was Determined To The Amount: 511 549.27 Pln Gross, In The Case Of Having Financial Resources - As Part Of The Project Described In The Provisions Of Swz. The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Terms And Terms Of The Basic Contract. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subjective Measures. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Submission Of Variant Offers. 9. The Contractor Becomes A Waste Manufacturer Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Method Of Waste Management Must Comply With The Provisions In Force At The Date Of The Contract, I.E. The Act Of 14 December 2012.
