1. The Subject Of The Planned Investment Is The Reconstruction Of Cichy Zakątek Street In Łęczna, 235.00 M Long And 5.00 M Wide With Bituminous Surface. The Investment Planned For Implementation Is Located Among Agricultural Areas. 2. The Planned Reconstruction Range Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of The Road With A Designed New Road Surface From Asphalt Concrete As A Strengthening Of The Existing Surface, 2) Construction Of A Pavement Located On The Left Along The Road From The Road From Concrete Paving Stones, 3) Street Lighting. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Attached Technical Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities That Form The Information Basis. 4. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Draft Contract. A Thorough Familiarization With The Draft Contract Is Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Offer. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up An As -Built Geodetic Inventory With Registration In The Poviat Center For Geodetic Documentation At His Own Expense. Note: 1.
