The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Development Of Project And Scoop Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 2007W Over A Section Of Approx. 7.5 Km From The Intersection With Poviat Road No. 2008W In Msc. Will Be Disrupted To Msc. Mierzwice - Cologne In Accordance With The Scope Indicated On The Graphic Attachment, Including Development Of A Construction Project, Including: Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design, Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And All Documents Necessary To Submit An Intention To Perform Construction Works, A Permanent Traffic Organization Project (If Concerned), Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works, Investor Cost Estimate And The Exquivalent Of Works, 2) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Required By The Provisions Required By The Provisions Of The Opinion, Arrangements, Applications And Decisions, Including A Decision On Environmental Conditions, 3) Making Supplements Or Detailed Explanations Regarding The Developed Documentation At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works, 4) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Designed Investment Task, 5) Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Replacement Solutions In Relation To The Project Provided For In The Project, Reported By The Construction Manager Or Inspector Investor Supervision.
