Annex 11 To Swz - Project Documentation 5. Warranty: 5.1. The Length Of The Quality Guarantee Period For Completed Construction Works And The Supplied And Built -In Materials Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol And Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers. 5.2. The Contracting Authority Defines It For A Period In The Range From 36 Months (Minimum Date) To 60 Months (Maximum Date). 5.3. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects On The Principles Set Out In § 11 Of The Draft Contract - Annex 5 To The Contract.
