1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Structure Entitled White Żagiel - Roofing Of The Amphitheater Of The Polish Baltic Philharmonic Named After Fryderyk Chopin In Gdańsk. Reference Number Issued By The Ordering Party: Dte.271.103.2025.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Works Primarily In The Painting And Flashing And Deeky Industries. 3. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. A Construction Work Is To Be Executed, Which Is A Whole, On One Facility. The Contracting Authority Recognizes That The Division Into Parts Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of One Order Could Seriously Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Requirements Can Be Found In: 1) Annex 2 To This Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), 2) Annex 3 To This Swz (Project Documentation), 3) Annex 4 To This Swz - Template Of The Contract. 5. The Materials, Products And Devices Chosen By The Contractor For Use In The Implementation And Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Have At Least Such Technical, Utility, Aesthetic Value, Which The Contracting Authority Requires In The Stwiorb And Must Be In Accordance With The Law Approved For Use In Construction On The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213). The Contractor Provides Warranty On The Materials Used, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty On The Materials Used, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty And Guarantees For The Works Performed, Not Less Than Min. 60 Months, Indicated In The Template Of The Contract, In Paragraph 7. 7. The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Undertakes To Ensure The Availability Of The Object, I.E. Maintain The Construction Site And The Place Of Conducting Works And Works Free Of Unnecessary Obstacles, Remove Unnecessary Materials, Waste, Debris, Etc. 8. The Contractor Is Required Each Day After The Stage Of Work To Maintain Cleanliness And Order And To Bring The Room In Which He Conducts Works And Rooms (Including Corridors) Adjacent To A State Enabling The Use Of These Rooms. 9.
