The Subject Of The Proceedings Are Roofing Works Involving The Maintenance, Repair And Removal Of Roofing Failures On Residential, Utility And Economic Buildings Constituting 100% Ownership Of The City Of Słupsk, In The Management Of Pgm Sp. Z O.O. In Słupsk. Scope Of Work:- Replacement And Strengthening Of Rafters,- Formwork Replacement,- Supplementing Roofing With Roof Tiles,- Replacement Of Roofing From Thermosal Roofing Felt,- Repair, Replacement Of Gutters And Drain Pipes,- Chimney Flushing,- Supplementing Chimney-Out Benches,- Replacement Or Supplementation Of Flashings. The Contractor Is The Owner And Manufacturer Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Agreement And Is Responsible For Disposing Of Waste Waste. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply And Comply With The Regulations In Accordance With The Applicable Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2013.1587, As Amended). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As Auxiliary Number Of Works, Constituting Attachments To Swz: 1.
