1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Poviat Roads In The Nowosolski Poviat, Consisting In The Renovation Of The Bituminous Pavement Of Poviat Roads With Emulsion And Grits. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed Based On The Contract, This Description And The Orders Of The Ordering Party. 2. General Requirements For The Performance Of Works:- The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Performance And For Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Ordering Partys Instructions,- A Detailed Location Of The Renovation Works And Their Scope And Type Of Renovation Technology Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority, 3. Before Starting To Repair, Damaged Places Should Be Cleaned. And Unrelated Parts Of The Bituminous Surface. After The Work, The Contractor Will Clean Up The Remains Of The Materials Remaining After The Renovation Of The Road. 6. The Ordering Of The Car Is Weighing The Vehicle. The Order Is Measured And Temporary. 9. It Is Assumed As A Predetermination Of Works. Before Starting The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Determine The Order And Material Scope Of Works On The Designated Road Or Street. 10. The Renovation Of Poviat Roads Includes Selected Sections On The Poviat Road Network. Stage Orders Will Be Granted By The Employer Depending On The Renovation Needs. 11. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Responsible For Conducting, Organizing And Marking Works. 12. The Contractor Will Conduct Works While Maintaining Health And Safety Rules And Rules And In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Road Traffic. 13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform On His Own And At His Own Expense Of Marking The Works, Agreed With The Road Administrator And The Relevant Police Commander And Approved In The Traffic Managing Bodies (For Poviat Roads He Is The Poviat Staroste). 14. The Contractor To Know And Apply All Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection, Mrs. Road Traffic During The Works.
