1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage Network In Ul. Adam Asnyk In Bialystok Together With The Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System, 2) A Reconstruction Of Medium Pressure Gas Connections, 3) Demolition And Reconstruction Of The Road And Pavements, 4) Implementation And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization, 3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In The Project Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Attachments No. 7 To This Swz.4. The Task Will Be Performed In Coordination With Wodociągi Białostocki Sp. Z O. O. Gestor Of The Network Will Implement The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage System With Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense. 5. The Contractor Should Submit During The Proceedings All Comments And Reservations To The Content Of Swz And Sst And Apply To The Employer For Their Decision. 6. In The Scope Of Reproducing The Roadway, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Divide The Costs In Accordance With The Material Scope And Issuing Invoices In The Amount Of 50% Of The Value Of These Works To The City Of Białystok And Wodociągi Białystok.
