The Material And Financial Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Performance Of Nw. Listed Construction Works: 1) Demolition Works Of The Roofing Together With The System Of Gutters And Downpipes, 2) Dismantling Of Flashings Of Fireplace Walls, Hoods, Collars, Cornices, Etc., 3) Dismantling Facade Profiles With An Area Of Above 0.50 M2 On The Walls Of Fabric, 4) Installation Of A New Roof Covering With Galvanized Sheet Metal Assembly Of A New System Of Gutters And Drain Pipes, Flashings, Roof And Drain Gutters, 5) Replacement With New Damaged Formwork, 6) Supplementing The Roofal Formation, In The Range Of At Least 10% Of The Area, 7) Replacement With New Food Boards Dormers, 8) Installation Of Facade Profiles, 9) Replacement For New Damaged Formwork In The Range Of At Least 5%, 10)) Supplementing External Plasters Spent On Flat Walls, Loggias And Balconies; 11) Execution Of A Project Of Organizations Of Works, Covering The Manner And Planned Dates For Conducting Construction Works Taking Into Account The Functioning Of The School And Ensuring The Safety Of Students, School Staff And Third Parties, 12) Developing As -Built Documentation In The Amount Of 1 Copy For The Contracting Authority Which Will Include All Changes Introduced During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 13) Nature Supervision Of A Specialist With Knowledge In The Field Of Chiropterology And Supervision By The Above Specialist In A Continuous Manner While Conducting The Works Until They Were Completed, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Decision Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Warsaw And Expertise Constituting Annex 15 To Swz, 14) Development Of Construction Waste Created At Construction, Reconstruction And Liquidation Of Facilities Together With Documents (Decisions), Confirming The Possibility Of Their Proper Development, 15) Bringing The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas Violated During The Conduct Of Construction Works To A State Not Worse Than From The Implementation Of Works; 16) Development Of A Report On The Use Of Rdoś Decisions In Warsaw, Including Development Of A Report On Chiropterological Supervision During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of 2Nd, In The Amount Of 2Nd, In Paper Version For The Contracting Authority, 17) Above, And Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Described In Para. 1.3.
