1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Provision Of Services Related To Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Roads And Areas Owned By The Kędzierzyn-Kozielski Poviat. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of 2 Parts: Part I Order - Provision Of Services Related To The Export Of Municipal Waste From Street Baskets Together With Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Green Areas, Roadways, Pavements And Bicycle Paths Along Poviat Roads In The Kędzierzyn -Kozielski Poviat. Part Ii Orders Kędzierzyńsko-Kozielski. The Subject Of The Contract In The First Part Consists Of: A) The Removal Of Municipal Waste From Street Baskets In The Kędzierzyn-Kozielski Poviat1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service In The Field Of Municipal Waste Removal From Street Baskets From The Poviat Roads In Kędzierzyn-Koźle And Areas Owned By The Kędzierzyn-Kozielski Poviat In Accordance With Annex 1 To This Swz And Include In Particular: A. The Export Of Municipal Waste From Street Baskets From Poviat Roads Set Up In The City, Square And Parking Lots, B. Setting Or Suspension Of Street Baskets After Their Emptying, And Then The Export Of Municipal Waste In Place Of Utilization With Equipment Adapted For Their Transport; C. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Due Diligence When Emptying The Baskets, And In Particular To Remove Municipal Waste From The Road Or Pavement, Which May Fall Out When Emptying The Baskets And Which Are Located Within The Empty Bin. 2. Emptying The Baskets Will Be Performed At A Frequency To Prevent The Voting And Creating Impurities Around The Basket (According To The Schedule). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Organizational Unit On Ongoingly About Damaged Containers Or Other Irregularities Occurring During The Implementation Of This Contract. 4. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present At The Request Of An Organizational Unit The Waste Transfer Card. 5. The List Of Streets On Which Baskets With The Quantity And Frequency Of Their Emptying Are Set Are Set Out In Annex 1 To This Swz - A Schedule Of Emptying Street Baskets At Poviat Roads In The City Of Kędzierzyn -Koźle). 6. The Organizational Unit Reserves The Right To Change The Schedule Constituting Annex 1 To This Swz.7. The Invoicing Of The Performed Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Every Month, After The Service Will Be Performed. 8.
