1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Receipt Services From The Indicated Locations, Transport, Development And Transfer To Further Utilization/Disposal Of Waste In The Form Of Tobacco Products, I.E. Cigarettes, Tobacco, Cigars, Cigarillos, Etc.; Textile Products, Clothing, Footwear, Backpacks, Bags, Etc., Plastic Products And Packaging; Iron And Steel, Described In Annex 1/I To Swz (A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Parts I) .2. The Location Of The Place Of Destruction Of Products In Part I Should Be Located Up To 120 Km From The Employers Magazine (Krówniki 180, 37-700 Przemyśl). The Distance Of The Place Of Destruction Of Products From The Location Of The Warehouse Is Understood As The Shortest Car Route Between The Location Of Destruction And The Location Of The Warehouse (The Distance Must Be Consistent With The Indications Specified In Google Mapa (Www.Maps.Google.Com) Using The Car Driving Option). 3. In The Case Referred To In Point 2, The Contracting Authority Will Use Its Own Transport For The Destruction Of The Destruction. 4.
