A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 7 To Swz (Design Documentation). 3. The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. 4. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By An Or Equivalent Expression. 7. In The Event That Trademarks Have Been Used In The Documents, This Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Apply Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Similar Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documents. The Contractor Who Uses Devices Or Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Show During The Performance Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Used Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. 8. The Use Of Label In Shared Documents Means That The Employer Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Data, Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Employer. In The Event That The Contractor For Reasons Beyond His Beyond His Control Cannot Be Obtained By The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Employer, The Contracting Authority, Within The Time Appointed By Himself, Accepts Other Relevant Evidence, In Particular The Technical Documentation Of The Manufacturer, If The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services To Be Performed By Him, Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements. Indicated By The Contracting Authority.
