1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Brand New Delivery - Minimum Year 2024 - Mobile Chopper 1 Pc. 2. Along With The Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide:- Declaration Of Ce Compliance;- Documents That Will Be Necessary If The Vehicle Is Registered Or Documents Indicating That The Vehicle Corresponds To The Requirements Of A Free-Speed Vehicle (Without Registration);- Operators Manual- Spare Parts Directory;- Warranty Book. 3. The Chopper Must Be Complete, Free From Physical (Construction, Material, Executive), Technical And Legal Defects, It Must Not Be A Prototype Or Device Made For The Purposes Of This Order, It Must Be Produced Seriously, Not Mocking From Production, Meeting All The Requirements Contained In The Documentation Of The Procedure, In Particular Annex No. 1 - Opz; At The Same Time, It Is Possible To Submit An Offer With Higher (Better) Parameters Than Described. 4. A Detailed And Supplementary Information Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Should Grant A Minimum Of 24 Months Warranty On The Chopper. 6. The Contractor Should Ensure, In The Price Of The Offer Of Training Of Employees Of The Employer (Min 5 People) In The Field Of Use And Daily Operation Of The Machine, Within The Date Agreed By The Parties, After Issuing The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party.
